Also continuous monitoring of icu patients is very difficult. This system is specially designed for covid 19 patients. Several sensors are used for gathering the biological behaviors of a patient. There is this blood pressure and heart beat monitor module electrically connected to the system and physically to be worn by the user.

Our system is designed to be used in hospitals and homes also for measuring and monitoring various parameters like temperature ecg heart rate blood pressure. Due to lack of proper health monitoring patient suffer from serious health issues. Here in this project we will make an iot based health monitoring system which records the patient heart beat rate and body temperature and also send an email sms alert whenever those readings goes beyond critical values. The results can be recorded using arduino.

To deal with these types of situations our system is beneficial. Thingspeak is an open source internet of things iot application and api to store and retrieve data from things using the http protocol over the internet or via a local area network. Iot based patient monitoring system using esp8266 and arduino. Pulse rate and body temperature readings are recorded over thingspeak and google sheets so that patient health can be monitored from anywhere in the world over internet.

In this project we have designed the iot based patient health monitoring system using esp8266 arduino. It uses wifi module to communicate this information to the internet. We have proposed an intelligent patient monitoring system for monitoring the patients health condition automatically through sensors based connected networks. There are lots of iot devices now days to monitor the health of patient over internet.
