Do not smoke in the cabins or on the porches. Cachuma lake and jalama beach are currently open to overnight camping with the exception of group camping areas. Jalama beach is approximately an hour drive from santa barbara and a 45 minute drive from lompoc. Joiner fees apply.

Oceano dunes state vehicular recreation area. Tents are not allowed in cabin areas. The campground has 109 campsites for tents trailers and rvs overlooking the ocean or beachfront. Do not gather in groups of more than 10 people.

Jalama beach spans the mouth of jalama creek at the site of a historic chumash indian settlement named halama now this site is a popular santa barbara county park with a see details. 16 walk in sites 8 tent 8 rv may be available each day through a waiting list at the campground beginning at 8 00 am. Some sites offer partial hookups electrical and water and some have full hookups that include sewer. Each basic and hookup campsite is strictly limited to 8 people including children.

Please do not bathe dogs in the showers. What facilities are there at jalama state beach. A sign 4 5 miles south of lompoc off highway 1 will direct you onto jalama road. The park entrance will be at the end of the road.

Jalama beach does not have any 50 amp hookups. Only 1 one rv or trailer will be allowed in each campsite no rvs or trailers with cabin reservations. Barbecues are not allowed on the porches. San marcos park master plan.

Reservations are available year round up to 6 months in advance. All cabins are non smoking. Day use parks are open however group picnic sites remain closed to reservations.
